• Cancellations: Orders must be canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up time for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be refunded due to the perishable nature of our products.

• Refunds: We strive to deliver the highest quality desserts. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion.
• Substitutions: Due to the seasonal nature of ingredients, substitutions may occur. We will notify you of significant changes whenever possible.
